A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has gone beyond more than one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances news eu law and their impact on health and society.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Full details about the campaign can be found here: Italy’s Drug Prevention Campaign Surpasses One Million Booklets Distributed in One Month.
